We deliver from Monday - Saturday. Sunday and public holiday deliveries can be organised, please contact us via online chat or via our social channels.
All order placed are with authority to leave. If no one is available to collect the order, our drivers will attrempt to contact sender/receiver. If they are unreachable, flowers will be left at a safe place.
If there is no safe place available, the order will be returned to the warehouse. A redelivery fee + admin fee will be charged for delivering the order on another date or address.
Please notify us as soon as you realise that a wrong address has been provided for delivery. We will route to the new address and additional delivery fee will be applicable.
If the order has left our warehouse, a redelivery fee will be applicable.
If the order has already been delievered at the wrong address we wont be able to redeliver and will not be liable for the loss.
Orders are picked up at different times during the day and will be delivered between delivery times of 10:30 am - 5:30 pm for business addresses and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm for residential addresses.
We deliver across Melbourne through our delivery partners. If your suburb is not listed, please contact us via online chat or our social channel. We will attempt to organise custom delivery, however this can not be guaranteed.
If you prefer certain flower selection for your bouquet, please get in touch with us and we will let you know if the preffered flowers can be accomodated in the price or a custom order is required.
As flowers are considered perishable goods, we don't offer returns once the order has been delivered.
You can cancel your order for a refund prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you.
Please order by 10:00 am for same day delivery* and by 11:59 pm for next day delivery.
