1. ORDERING

1.1 How do I order?

We are an online flower delivery business so you have to place an order on our website. Select the type of product you want and when do you want it. If you have any other queries please contact us and we will get back to you asap.

1.2 Can I customise an order?

Please contact us via our contact form for customisation, we will try our best to help you out with your order.

1.3 What is the order deadline?

All orders are dispatched the next day. Currently we are only offering next day deliveries.

Saturday and Sunday orders must be placed by Friday.

1.4 Can I order in advance?

Yes. You most certainly can.

1.5 What are your operating hours?

We provide customer service from 9:00 am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday. For after hours enquires please contact us  via our web form and we will surely get back to you the next day.

 2. DELIVERY

2.1 Where do we deliver?

 Three flat shipping rates applies to our 3 delivery zones.. Your shipping cost will be calculated on our checkout page. List of suburbs we deliver to is available on our DELIVERY PAGE

2.2 When do we deliver?

Our daily delivery hours are between 10:00 am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 3:30 on Saturday & On Demand Only for Sunday (Additional delivery fee applies for Sunday). We do not promise a fixed delivery time, however, if you want the flowers to be delivered at a specific time, please leave a note on checkout and we will try our best to deliver close to that time. 

We cant promise exact delivery times due to large number of orders, however this can be arranged if you contact us prior to placing your order, extra charges may apply.

2.3 Do we deliver on the weekends and public holidays?

Yes we do but you have to order in advance by Friday, so that we can organise shipping in time. Sunday deliveries are on demand only.

2.4 What if no one is present to accept my order?

We will instruct our delivery wizards to place the flowers outside the property in a cool shaded area. Unless advised otherwise.

2.5 What if I have provided a wrong address?

Please make sure that the information you have provided is 100% accurate. Flower me softly will not be responsible if the delivery has been despatched and you have not contacted us in time.

Always add a unit name if your delivery address is under secure building environment. If there are no safe places to left the flowers, we will contact you for instructions, if redelivery is  required, additional delivery fee + $20 admin fee will be charged to re-send them.

Always provide as much as information to help us find the right address and the right recipient.

2.6 What if my suburb is not on the list?

Please contact us and we will arrange a delivery for you. Extra charges may apply.

2.7 Issues, refunds & privacy

We want you to be extremely happy with our products and our service. If you have any issues or are not happy with us please contact us and we will try our best to come to a solution for you.
